Purchases from outwith the United Kingdom will be at advertised price less Value Added Tax.
Where local import taxes are payable it is the responsibility of the purchaser to settle these at the time of importing the goods to their own country of residence.
Postage & Packaging
costs are calculated automatically at the time of completing your on-line purchase. Delivery to the UK is a basic charge of �5.75. Postal costs for overseas purchases are in line with the published tariff of Parcel Force worldwide with the discounts passed on where negotiated by the supplier.
Deliveries
Despatch will be within 24 hours if possible. More likely it will be within 3-5 working days with the right reserved to supply up t o 28 days from the date an order is placed.
Postal charges
are for a 3 day service from the date of despatch (Great Britain & Ireland service) and International Standard for overseas customers (USA - 5 days from date of despatch). For a 1 or 2 day delivery service (Great Britain & Northern Ireland only) additional charges would apply in line with the current published parcel force tariff guide prices.
Returned goods
will be replace if faulty but this must occur within 7 days of receiving the goods. A replacement will be offered and dispatched at no extra charge, or a full refund including the original post and packaging, and the cost of returning the item will be given. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting.
Returned goods that are not suitable but have no faults must also be returned within 7 days of being received and a full refund will be given excluding the cost of our original despatch postal costs. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that all garments that are embroidered to order cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices are subject to alteration although every effort will be given to keeping the Web site up to date. No goods would be despatched at a price other than that quoted without first notifying the purchaser.
Goods availability can be outwith the control of Balmoral Mill Shop and we will contact you if an alternative comparable product is available for your decision on whether to supply or not.
